Installed on either the system flow or return, the award-winning CS360® provides a real-time visual indication of heating system water quality, allowing engineers, homeowners and facilities managers to instantly see what is happening inside the system.
Traditional magnetic filters act as the last line of defence, capturing magnetic sludge and debris before it reaches critical components. However, filters are typically only cleaned during annual servicing, meaning contaminants continue to circulate within the system between maintenance visits. Non-magnetic debris, air contamination and other water quality issues may also bypass conventional magnetic filters entirely.
The CS360® acts as the first line of defence by providing an early visual warning of contamination within the system. By making water quality visible, engineers can identify developing issues sooner, evidence poor system conditions to customers and take corrective action before contamination causes reduced efficiency, component wear or system failure.
